How does At Your Service of Maryland help me?
We will assist you with your everyday tasks and errands, help you
to organize your time and take some of the hassle out of your life.
What Should You Expect From At Your Service of Maryland?
As a client of At Your Service of Maryland, you
should expect to receive prompt and courteous attention to your
requests. You should expect that your requests for service or information
will be managed efficiently, professionally and with expertise.
How do I pay for services?
Full payment is due upon completion of your request unless a discount package is purchased in advance. For pay by the hour a credit card number must be provided to secure services. Final payment is due upon receipt by either check, cash, VISA or MasterCard. A minimum of one-hour is charged for all services unless otherwise noted.
How much do you charge for your services?
Our basic hourly rate is $40 and member discount packages are available.
Cost of merchandise is not included and for all errand services
a mileage fee may apply. Gift certificates are available. What
area do you serve?
At Your Service of Maryland serves Montgomery County
and these specific communites/cities: Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Gaithersburg,
Germantown, Rockville, Olney, Potomac and Silver Spring as well
as other areas of Maryland and Virginia may be included by special
arrangement for an additional fee.
What hours are you available?
Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. Weekends and holidays are by appointment.
How do I get started?
We accept service requests via this web
site, telephone, email, or fax. We provide a free consultation
to discuss desired services and you either select a member discount
package or 'pay by the hour.' An agreement will be signed by both
you and At Your Service of Maryland as well as providing a credit
card number to secure service. A minimum of 24 hours is required
to complete a service request. We will do our utmost to accommodate
emergency requests, although an additional service fee may be assessed
at time of payment.
Do you provide all the services yourself?
At Your Service of Maryland has established relationships
with many reputable service providers such as painters, physicians,
and pet sitters. We won't bring anyone into your home that we wouldn't
allow in our own.
What Is Your Home Contractor Referral Service?
Our Home Contractor Referral Service is a network of service professionals
and businesses that have partnered with At Your Service
of Maryland through our membership
in BNI to provide the best in quality services to our clients.
All service vendors must meet specific criteria, must be appropriately
licensed and insured and must be able to provide excellent references.
