Terms & Conditions of Service

Payment

  • Payment for pay by the hour service is due upon completion by cash, personal check, or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
  • All additional service charges incurred such as dry cleaning, groceries or theater tickets will be due upon completion of service. Larger fees (over $50) will be required in advance with a check made out to providing business or credit card access.
  • A major credit card will be held as a security deposit upon request of services.

Hours of Operation

  • Business office hours are 9:00a.m. - 5:00p.m., Monday - Friday, however we can be reached at any time.
  • Services may be available by appointment beyond business office hours and on weekends and holidays although additional fees may apply.

General Information and Conditions

  • We will reply to all requests for services within 24 hours.
  • We request that you provide at least 24 hours lead time on all requests. We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible, on a first come, first serve basis.
  • At Your Service of Maryland serves Montgomery County although other areas of Maryland and Virginia may be included by special arrangement for an additional fee.
  • If services are requested outside of standard At Your Service of Maryland business hours, additional charges may apply.
  • At Your Service of Maryland maintains the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and unsuitable for its employees.
  • Credit cards held as a security deposit will not be charged unless the client fails to provide alternate method of payment upon completion of service.
  • All errand rates include time from the beginning of the task and mileage over 10 miles will be billed at the rate of $0.50 per mile.
  • Pet services (including the transportation of pets) require that the client provide a suitable pet carrier, and proof of rabies vaccination.
  • Privacy policy - All personal and credit card information collected by At Your Service of Maryland will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered. At no time will the collected information be disclosed to a third party except for the purpose of completing the clients financial obligation to At Your Service of Maryland or their selected service provider.
  • At Your Service of Maryland reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.
  • At Your Service of Maryland, LLC takes no responsibility for any damages suffered as a result of using their services. In no event will At Your Service of Maryland, LLC be liable for any lost revenue, profit or data, or for direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, arising out of the use of or inability to use At Your Service of Maryland services.
